By using the YouthAlive Connect you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). You will not be notified of whatever changes are made to this Agreement and your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We advise you to review this Agreement from time to time to be aware of such changes.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time. YouthAlive Connect may terminate your membership for any reason. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
Content Posted on the Site
a. You understand and agree that YouthAlive Connect reserves the right to review, modify and/or delete any content, announcements, event invitations, messages, videos, songs, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of YouthAlive Connect violate Christian values.
b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on YouthAlive Connect, or transmit to other Members.
User Conduct
a. You comply to act responsibly in a manner that is respectful of all members of the site and the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Third Party Content
During the course of your use of the Website, you may access content from third parties either via YouthAlive Connect or through links to third party Websites. We do not control Third Party Content and make no representations or warranties about it. You agree that by using the Website, you may be exposed to Third Party Content that is false, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Third Party Content, including, without limitation, any errors or omissions in any Third Party Content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Third Party Content posted, stored or transmitted via the Website. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, Third Party Content, including without limitation, profiles of other users of the Website.
Discontinuance of Service

YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT YouthAlive Connect IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY OTHER PARTY OR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANOTHER’S RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR WITH ANY OF YouthAlive Connect’s TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING YouthAlive Connect.
YOU AGREE THAT YouthAlive Connect IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM OUR DELETION OF MAILING LISTS, FROM NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGES, FROM FILE CORRUPTION OR ANY OTHER REASON.
